L'Orchidée Blanche

For the last 20 years, l’Orchidée blanche has been the ultimate ambassador of the epitome sophisticated Vietnamese cuisine in Brussels.
In a very sleek and recently renovated environment, Katia Nguyen and her team of lovely ladies are the heart and soul of perfectly elegant waiting in their traditional outfit, i.e. the black Ao-dai tunic.
Redesigned by Daniel Dartevelle, in close cooperation with AA Corporation active in Saigon, l’Orchidée blanche offers two totally different but equally relaxing atmospheres playing on a harmonious mix of stone and timber. On the ground floor the light-coloured teak walls, slates and dark furniture provide an excellent showcase for the dishes served in traditional earthenware imported straight from Vietnam.
Upstairs, dark teak walls provide for a more colonial atmosphere further accentuated by subdued lighting. Everywhere there is this airy exoticism that puts the restaurant at the top of the list of the best places to eat in our countries.
And if it were only for this great steadiness in quality that has made the success of this wonderful Asian restaurant in Brussels, it would mean that l’Orchidée blanche is a place to go back to, very soon…
